The merchandise available on fulleffectrecords.com is subject to change. Despite our efforts in synchronizing the website merchandise with our stock, some items that appear on the website may be out of stock. In this case, we will automatically refund your payment and inform you about the unavailability shortly after the order is placed.
PAYMENT

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Full Effect Records strives to satisfy you, our customer. Any unopened item(s) may be returned to us for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Any defective items will be replaced with an identical title upon return of the defective merchandise to Full Effect Records. All digital purchases are final sales only. In the event that you are unable to play your downloaded items, contact us, and one of our associates will work with you to get the down-loadable purchase to work for you.

SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are based on the number of purchased items, the total weight of your package and your location. This will make you aware of your shipping costs BEFORE checking out and processing to payment. In case of returns (wrong address or personal reasons), exchanges, non-received/unclaimed items, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times vary between 1 to 6 weeks, depending on your location. An additional 0-3 business day processing time is also required for all orders. Some additional delays might also occur during holidays and after long weekends.
WRONG ADDRESS, NON-RECEIVED / UNCLAIMED ITEMS AND RETURNS
If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company you will be charged the actual shipping fee. The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.
